to start with you write like this:
Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the post of.....(the position you're applying)....which was advertised in ......(where do you see the vacany? website, newspapers etc)

In paragraph two, you explain about yourself, skill, education and other courses etc.

I am .....years old, graduated from......majoring ....... I am ....

In paragraph three, you explain more about your past experience, projects, skills and abilities related to the requirements and the reason why you apply for that position.

In the end, finish it with this phrase.
